There is another thing we've seen in this realm: at least 3 times 100% fair players were banned for a long time. No scripts, no alts, no password sharing, no cheating co-ops and... no explainations of ban reasons. Yes, you had reasons for another 50+ (just my guess) bans, but...

And one more thing: technically it was the worst realm I ever played for 8 years. Browser version doesn't let you to play fast manually! I can't send more than 45 farm attacks manually: page reload needed. I can't recruit spies in more than 10 villages manually: page reload needed. etc. I send 4 attacks manually in 1 sec with 100% discipline and what I see? 5 sec difference!!!

But anyway I play fair. :)

No player gets banned without evidence of rule breaking, That is fact. Please do not spread these sorts of misinformation. If you keep doing so ill restrict your ability to further post.

If I am not mistaken plenty of people were banned for rule breaking in multiple different tribes.

And yes, A certain tribe.

As I remember, few years ago on this Server, when we came for the first time (I mean our group, not Majestics) we had 26 bans simultaneously at the moment we started an attacking operation against our enemies. That time just 1 or 2 of 50 players could speak English and few players noticed message with possible ban warning (it's almost invisible when you have 5000 reports per day). So I translated a lot, and almost all who noticed these warnings were unbannes after my explanation to admins. But it was just something like 4-5 players who noticed. BUT I knew ban reason for EVERY player. Game admins explained everything. I'll tell you more: we had one password sharing I explained before ban and we were not banned. We had a serious reason for that pass sharing but were warned not to do such things anymore.
But in this realm you say: we have an evidence! We ask: evidence of WHAT. Answer: This is none of your business. Evidence of rules breach. That's all. AND... look. Here is one key player in our group. He is not an IT specialist. He was here with us few years ago and we won a lot of worlds together. He had two co-ops who also are not IT specialists. They never scripted, shared passes etc. They are just AFRAID to break rules on this server.
And OK. You tell us you have 100% evidence. We really want to understand what happened. He wants to understand. But you don't tell us. Again: OK. I believe you have an evidence, may I explain him what he did wrong? This is a problem. He is just a worker, he asked me to contact admins ... and I did not help him to understand what is his mistake. Ban is not a problem. The problem is - we don't know ban reason.

UPD. Just try to walk in our shoes: we won but still don't know why one of us was banned :) We believe you but... we know him much better

When players get banned who their team believe were playing fair the instant reaction is either two things.

1 - "Show us evidence" however I can not show you evidence as it would expose the tools we use to find the rule breakers in the first place. This is why we cannot share. If players break In-game rules they are banned. We do not just ban players without having multiple evidential proof. We have a number of tools old and new that are able to access most situations we come across

2 - The moderators are bias and favour one team more then the other. I can confirm not one single moderator can ban players. Ever.

Players are banned because they broke the rules.

I understand what you're saying however when you see the evidence and pretty blatant evidence you would understand. You do not have that privilege so you go by the word of your friends.

I have asked Inno if we can have some of way to show players why they were banned however like most things I am waiting to see what next update term brings.

1) I reacted just about one exact player of many banned
2) I did not ask for evidence, 'cause I understand that you will not tell us sour "secrets"
3) My only quiestion was - "ban reason". What rule was broken? No details!
Or how can we investigate and appeal?

Players do not get banned without a message being sent. Its either 'scripting, Multi accounting, PW sharing or being abusive multiple times sometimes other reasons.

However when you are banned and you ask support they will tell you the reason NOT the evidence. Two separate things.

All I will say again, as I cbb retyping Is that inno have tried to make the realm fair in their own way

But it's actually totally failed.
It's led to a chaotic and tentative realm


I only hope that in future inno
Can fins the answer to make it right.
But they are a long way off

The lag had been unbearable this realm.
The bans have been all over the place and non sensical

And playability has been the most tiresome this realm.


Everything else was personal footnotes but I won't reiterate all that again
