Where did all the analysts and specialists of tw2 go? Well, then I will allow myself a third-party opinion of the observer:
When cursory viewing of the world map (sorry that without a picture, maybe someone more dexterous will place the current version), it became obvious that LTT has big problems. They are sandwiched between three large tribes that have minimal contact with each other and are therefore all focused on LTT. This is evidenced by the statistics-the tribe is choking. A pity, the potential was good. I don't want to give up on them, but there's no escaping reality. If you start the world in the center of the map, you either need to play diplomacy, or you get a 360-degree front (and then you need the maximum skill and online 24/7). Add to the fact that the tribe, by and large, newly formed, cohesive previous worlds players minimum (here I could be wrong). More solo games - this is a serious disadvantage for the tribe in hardcore conditions.
In this question, INQ looks much better. I would hazard a guess that they have the best organization and teamwork in this world. If at the first connection to the world I bet on the final war between *D* and LTT, now, probably, the Inquisition will take the place of "fighters with MRT". And it should be interesting.
RUN, sorry, I don't take into account the claim of victory. A tribe without strengths. Takeoff, fall, rise again - the effect of natural selection in action. As long as they're not in any serious trouble, they're fine.
All I can say about *D* is that their main players know how to hold a punch and are stubborn enough to play to the end. And this is a bid to win in the current realities of the game. Add to that a good location on the map.
Correct me if I made a mistake.
