come on guys, this is a simple question. I cant see world C, so I assume its because i'm already playing A & B. Correct?

You should be able to play all worlds you want.
In order to do that, log in as you would normally do. The screen will change and you will see a list of worlds you are currently playing on on left hand side. To join Castille you should click on Play button (upper right corner) and a pop up widow will open additional worlds.
