When do inactive players turn into barb villages?

Title says it, there is a huge amount of villages with less than 100 points in my area, nothing has changed since the day they appeared, at the same time barb villages are being nobled constantly.

This is an issue across all worlds and one i hope is sorted soon!

They only seem to turn into barbs if the player resets, it is easy enough to take over their vil and build it up, and I would not consider it an issue at all, more of a challange.

World accounts may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Please note that any Crowns left on the account will remain on the overall game account and will not be deleted.

This is something we are aware of and will be fixing. The accounts are not deleting as we expected but will soon.
