I don't know if I am doing something wrong or what I am in change of a tribe and I cant turn on the Noble planner, wars or quests tabs. Other people cant use them I couldn't before I was made leader. Are these things not enabled in world 3 yet, are they in development. Or am I doing something wrong and need to find some kind of switch that I have not found. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.
