Restarting

I have a few questions regarding restarting. I have found a few threads about it but all were from a few years ago do idk if it maybe has changed by now.
When you have your two starter villages build, are you able to restart?
If you do restart, do you get to build another 'second' village?

Yes you can restart if you only have two villages, doesn't matter if they are 10k point villages or 51 point villages, just remember that once you do restart that you will have to wait another few days before you can restart again.

If you restart you will be able to do all the quests again including building the second village. Hope this helps
