Research Delivery and Transferring Resources

I know you need a level 20 market to transfer resources. Once you learned it in your first village, the skill applied to all villages. I know that many times I have sent resources to myself from a village with less than a level 20 market. However, today it won't let me do so from anything with less than a level 20 market. This seems like a bug. If not, then it makes having a level 1-19 market in any village absolutely pointless and makes the whole market system severely broken. Any idea if this was done on purpose?


Upon closer examination, I can send resources to myself if my market is under level 20, but cannot send to anyone else, regardless of if in tribe or affiliation with that player's tribe.

Sounds like it's working in accordance with spec.

The market "research" is only applicable to the village with the level 20+ market... try to send resources to a tribemate from a village which has a marked that is L20+

You can also "post" offers on the market, and accept them too (with a village that has any level market)
