At level 5, my attacking power with my paladin should be at 100% regardless of the inhibition of not having a church in the province.
My question is - I have my statue queued to level 5.
When I LAUNCHED my attack, the attacking power was at 50%. However, my statue will be at level 5 BEFORE the attack lands.
My question is, will my attack hit with 50% or 100%?
It stated 50% during the time of launch when my statue was level 4, but the statue will be at level 5 before the attack actually lands, with the 100% attacking being researched.
