opinion on clans currently?

Forum seems dead but ill give it a try. would place my own judgement but i have just joined the world so i cant assume anything yet and there is no easy map generator that i have found for tw2 so i cant look at clustering of clans as of yet. Anybody else if they see this feel free to enlighten me of this new world that i have joined.
