logon screen 'remember me' does not work

I have ticked 'remember me' in the logon screen yet when I close the browser and return to game a couple of hours later I am not remembered.

I know its a small thing but its annoying to have to keep typing in my name and password.

Which browser do you use?
I use latest version of Chrome and it works.

I use the latest version of Internet Explorer and the bug is intermittent
