Logging in to existing android game

This may have been answered somewhere else in the forum, but I can seem to find it. So, if you'll all bear with me, I'll ask it here.

I began playing this game on my Android smartphone, and set up my account there. However, when I try to log into my existing game here on my PC, it wants to start me in a whole new game -- even if I select the world where my original game already exists!

How do I manage to log into my current game from my PC -- here on this site -- so I can access it from either my smartphone OR my PC?

The app opens up the US server for the first time start up. Your account is probably there, which means you need to access it through the US server browser version:
