Issues with the loading screen

This started sometime today whenever I log in to the game it gives me like 10-30 seconds of in game time and then does this

It just loads me out of the game and closes the browser.
Any idea what could be causing this?
Using win 95, obviously using Internet explorer 1.2 with that.

I've edited the icons and the taskbar in paint so I wouldn't be embarrassed to show up in public. People are kind of judgy.
