Is there a way to get rid of your own villages? (not the Main one)

As the title says. I ask because I want to noble a village in a province to get the church and 100% attack. After finishing my target I would like to give up on that village whose sole purpose was the church.

Currently no (not that I know of)
but I extremley hope that they add the feature of being able to abadone your castles in the near feature and if the castle is abadoned it should turn into a barb

Why would you give up the church in a province you are attacking in, if you take villages in that province you still need your church.

just ask a tribe mate to take over....done or anyone else for that matter....or just leave it empty and stuff....
