So in the statue i see when you have the statue at level 5, which says when the paladin is with your army it ignores the church malace and attacks at a 100% attacking army.

now say you and anpther person share a province, you both have churches. now if i sent my paladin with an army, would i attack at200%, or would i still attack at 100%?

Faith and morale are multipliers, so 100% x 100% = 100%

so basically, i will attack at 100 percent in terms of faith with or witthout paly?

In a province you have a church in, yes.
