Are there any other English speaking servers besides us and en. Say maybe Netherlands or Norweigen?

Due to other servers being specific to a single country, they tend to speak in their native tongue. The German server speaks German, Romanian server speaks Romanian, and so on, so forth. The reason behind EN being an English speaking marketplace is that English is the most broadly spoken language across the world, and this is the international marketplace. It is a language that most people know currently, and the % of people across the globe with increasing skills at speaking English is getting better all the time.

Thanks Andy, started on the us.server about 4 years ago under player name Jarl RedHair. Like the en.server much better. Get to meet people from all over the world.

I have not heard anything; the has to be a decent following base in order for them to open one, but if there are enough players, they will.
