Hi,
Yes, the healed units will join your army as soon as they are healed, but units in the hospital will unfortunately die, and if you rebuild the hospital, they will not be there.

Correction to the first part - healed unit don't join the army ASA they are healed, you need to click a button, thanks for clearing the second part.
