cant load in

when i try to load in it loads half way then stops if i refresh over and over it sometimes lets me in but then sais to reload cause its timed out tryed to file a ticket but it sais wrong user name and pass when i know it caise its the same for all my games

Someone please give us a straight answer! I deleted cookies and cache...tried relogging numerous times!!!!
