Cannot create topic in tribe forum

hello people, I'm the leader of a tribe, this is the problem .. I can not create a topic in the forum of the tribe .. why??

Maybe I could help you, can you please provide a screenshot of the forum?

Edit: I can confirm the issue, it can be solved by clearing your cache and cookies, at least that solved it for me.

Browser: FF 31.0

Please put in a support ticket so we can review your information more thoroughly. I have seen a few folks with issues because they are using outdated browsers, so I would recommend you see if you have any browser updates available.

the browser is chrome update, I tried it with IE but nothing, I try with firefox, however I send ticket

Not sure but i was reset to a hole new world and lost everything to include gold coin I thought on reset we would get the 12 coin to start off also

for some strange reason i cannot send messages or post a new thread or comment in-game either in the tribe or just a general message to other players. is there a reason for this or is it just a bug? i first thought it was because i am still under attack protection but other people under it are allowed to speak so why can't i?

Back to the OP issue. I also have problems accessing posts to type mails to alliance members as well as typing posts in the ingame alliance forum. Moreover the same problem occurred when I tried to file report with "Support",which the main reason why I am reporting here. The problems are not continuous however but intermittent. I have tried using different browsers ( Chrome, FF and even IE) but to no avail.
