Perhaps he is under attack by someone else and has lost everything. Nothing special that I can see.

.... loyalty - look at loyalty plz... from 20 to 0 ( so lowest nobleman can hit) and additionaly on 0 (50% to take village - again bad luck). It's worse luck ever. as i counted - it was 3% chance to not take this village - and it was this 3%
