Just started playing TW2, tho I have experience in TW. Cought my eye that there is no stables, so does infantry, cavalry and siege are recruited with same queue? Can You recruit cavalry and infantry at the same time?

Yes they are all in the same queue. you can recruit bersekers and cavs at the same time since Zerks are in the Hall of Order and not the barracks
