Are inactive villages turning to barbs?

I mostly hear about features at the same pace as the rest of you via the announcements for upcoming updates. If I do happen to hear anything I will be certain to relay the information.

i believe when someone goes to settings,presses restart realm, then his old village goes barb

Yes. The update is 1.19

How long does a player have to be inactive before they turn barb?

A player is considered inactive if he/she hasn't logged into the game for 30 days (or) An account which only had 1 login within 14 days after its registration is also considered inactive.
