Any advantage?

As I don't have the time to sink into this game like I used to, I'm considering trying the US server instead of the the international one. Does the night bonus help greatly with attacks hitting overnight? I just don't want to have to worry about attacks hitting me at 3am anymore. Would the night bonus be the only advantage to moving over from EN to US, other than mostly everyone will be native English speakers?

I have only played small servers, so perhaps its different on the larger servers, but in my experience theres very few attacks during the nightbonus.
Not many can afford the extra cost of attacking at 50%. Many people time their attacks to land at 6:00 sharp, so that becomes a very importent minute you have to be able to cover some how.

I'm not sure the .us server has a night bonus. I've never noticed one, but that doesn't mean anything as I haven't specifically looked for it.
