Announcement error?

Ever since 1.25 was installed the announcement banner saying "Troop queue completed in X village," "Building completed in X village," and "Conquered x village," or any random announcement that you guys put out has been showing in the bottom right hand corner. I'm assuming this is a bug? I can post a picture if needed.

Most likely so the notifications don't bother players so much when they are in middle of the screen :)
