Bug description: In the Create an offer section when you create a new offer, the modified "Max delivery time" it's not working correctly. I tried to set 4 hours but after creating the offer the max delivery time was 03:06:00. The same thing is happening for every hour You select (3h becoming 02:06:00, and so on).
