I'm getting the same problem, twice in the last two days. The main problem is that until the world ticks over that village is essentially frozen, you can't do anything with it...

Have you tried catapulting 1 or 2 of your res fields down to see if that alleviates the issue- its not ideal but it may be a work around to not keep it frozen or get someone else to do it..

I gave it half an hour and another 8 or so sabotages came in so I then had enough provisions to rebuild it but it's still stupid

It took longer than 10 minutes the first time and has since happened again when they hit farm, church, farm, farm in that order leaving me with -8.1k provisions but that fixed in only few seconds
