Sure as this is my world.

Basically the world is dictated by who quits first on each side. S.A (green on your above map) was made from a merger of about 4 tribes who only had a handful of players left each. However now the tides have turned somewhat. L&S (red on above map) have started to experience several quitting players.

Its a shame that the game works like that really. Its not necessarily the hard work of a player which wins a world, its how many of his tribemates quit compared to the other tribes.

internal them quickly and have everyone set co players so if they quit u can use them or eat them easier. This feature makes quitting less of a factor overall. Also its just how TW has always been, its a time consuming game that u cant stay 100% dedicated in these multi year worlds sometimes ur gonna slump or just flat out not have time. So funny to watch other worlds develop :p

So tell me how you can:
a) get 200 nobles to absorb a quitting player in your area
b) stop your opponents getting to some of those villages first
c) deal with 4 or 5 players of that size quitting in a short space of time.

Na. When a big player or 2 or 3 quit, its hard for a tribe to recover from that without giving up concessions.

a) have several accounts do it, not just one.
b) Not so big a deal, pick a line in the sand and take what you can, then do the same to them, you end up even.
But you asked how to stop opponents getting to some of those villages first. There are a number of ways
1. tripwire and send a nuke and nobles when it goes off (let the enemy clear for you)
This is best for villages closer to you than to the enemy.
2. stack the villages further away from you while you eat your way there
3. if you notice the inactivity before the enemy (which you should) clear and prenoble before launching, doing this you can get the 200 villages before the enemy reacts.

Yes I have used all three of these strategies, of combinations thereof, to great effect.
c) If they are in the same place, you are going to have to accept you will lose some, but while the enemy are rapidly expanding into these players, they are also spreading themselves thin, attack them elsewhere and you can reclaim much of the lost ground.
