This tribe forming pattern has been seen on at least 3 latest worlds. What is reasoning behind this strategy? To grab as much players as possible to all these tribes in order to form new tribe in later phase of game out of best players on these ? Something else ?

Few worlds ago I remember a tribe doing this same thing. In the end they ended up winning the world.
