What is is with the :01 Minute

I have noticed that most :01 minute marks of the hour the game goes slow and times out and even if I reload the page, it will hang on the loadup for a bit. I realize this is server side, but does it strike anyone else as odd that it occurs this frequently throughout the day/night?

Maybe that's when they upgrade barbs.

yeah, the game updates on each hour, which have been known to cause some delays. Hopefully will be fixed soon
