As far as these particular players I dont' know them or their level of activity as I'm not in the same area's as them.
As far as players taking barbs.. there is a time when its acceptable, and a time when its not. I personally don't see a reason to keep a small player around eating barbs(active or sat). If anything that sets a bad president to other members.
I can also tell you we have no desires to artificially inflate our rankings, we want all active members growing off of enemies villages not barbs, but like I said there is a time when taking barbs are acceptable specially when moving into enemies lands.
