are we able to move villages to another location? if so how?

You can not move villages no, best option you have - if you've got no more than 2 villages - then you can restart the world.

To do this, go to the settings section on the game, under the account tab and click restart realm.

Do note that this is a complete restart from scratch though back to one village with 51 points! Hope this helps

@Elemental Secrets is correct, there is no way of moving villages without utilizing the restart feature.
