I think that this was a rhetorical question.
For me, this game is still in "beta" and this thing it is visible in number of players. I play on RO server. After 48 hours from opening of RO31 we are 191 players including bots accounts and support (double) accounts. On RO1, if I remember ... we was about 21.000 players. This is sad.
