Unfairly banned by a criminal after winning a competition

The account 'KultMist' fairly won the competition for best meme. Upon winning, the account was banned and some fraudsters who broke copyright law were awarded the point that should have been given to the account 'KultMist'. The rules of the competition clearly state you must own the rights to the content - I am pretty sure the director for Futurama was not involved in this competition. On a second note, I find it hilarious that the account 'KultMist' was banned, when there are still people on this forum that threaten to molest, rape, and murder people. I have sent such evidence to my lawyer.
