Trusted Member

What does being a "Trusted Member" entitle the recipient ?
I understand what all the other rights allow one to do, but what happens when "Trusted Member" is given to someone ?

Unfortunately the small red mark is about the extent of it. I posted a suggestion to develop this by giving "trusted members" other rights than players that not belong to the category, for example locked parts of the forum or stuff like that. However I didn't even get a response to the suggestion so my guess is that this is one of those things that aren't thought through and will not be developed further than this
