Troops and paladin disappeared

Hi

Not sure if this is a bug or I have done something wrong. Took over my first village today and sent my noble and paladin along with a fair few troops (can't remember how many). Conquered the village and a bit later noticed that troops and paladin had disappeared. Can't locate them in the sending village or the receiving one. Have tried to summon a new paladin but it won't allow me. I can re-equip the paladin but just can't 'see' him? This all suggests that the paladin isn't dead. Just not visible?

Any thoughts. Ta

So if you go into the newly conquered village and click on the "Units" button in your quickbar at the bottom, you don't see your troops listed as supporting the village with a button to click to send them home?

No - only the new troops that I have recruited. As I cay can't do anything and when I try to recruit new paladin only open is to relocates it but that button is greyed out.

If you haven't already, you need to file a support ticket for the in game moderation to find your troops for you.

Archieskye please send in a support ticket so that our in-game mods can try and locate your troops.

I have just checked you account and the troops are there.

In order to retrieve them please do the following steps:
- Go to the village the troops are sent from or go to the newly conquered village
- Click the units overview button (bottom menu, looks like shield and two swords)
- Your are now able to see your troops and you have two button on the right hand side in line with the troops
- Hover your mouse over the buttons to see what they do and choose accordingly

Please let me know if you managed to retrieve your troops.

Thanks DementOr. Was that me being stupid or is that a glitch? That the troops don't obviously show up as having re-located? But all sorted so thanks for your help, and everyone else for responding.

They don't relocate, they stay in the village on the conquering blow as support and you use that method to recall them.
You can either call them home from the origin village, ir send them home from the conquered village. You don't see those troops if you have a different village again active.
