I was wondering, how did you make those maps, and where?

I used Adobe Fireworks. I first opened my browser on this address: http://www.tw2-tools.com/en1/map/ and then hit PRTSC (PrintScreen) on my keyboard. Then I pasted it into Fireworks and made the cosmetics.
