so here's my question : if i send an attack with a paladin in a foreign region so all units get -50% attack and before it arrives , the statue is completed at lvl 5 (so it ignores the -50% attack) , when the attack hits , will it hit with 50% or with 100% power? in other words, if the new technology is discovered while the attack is in the middle, will it affect it? or will it attack with the original 50% power? it is a bit of an urgent so thank you all who respond
