Technology options

Currently when I go to a building that has more then two technology options, such as the tavern, barracks, and warehouse, I can not see more then two of the technologies. Before hand there was an arrow to scroll over to see the other technology options but now that arrow and the other technologies seem to be missing.

I'm playing on chrome and firefox and the issue exists on both.

It's happening to me on the beta world expertius and on alnwick.
