When you send spies out to see how many units someone has will they show a report of supporting units aswell?

A report will show how many troops are in the village and it may show how many troops our out of the village. It won't tell you where.

That is a secret, I don't know. Everything known about spies is conjecture. It does indeed appear to be random.
