Settings Support Link Buttons

In the Settings popup, I choose the Support tab. There are links to Visit the forum and Visit the wiki. Two issues there.

Firstly, the forum link goes to forum.beta instead of forum.en.

Secondly, neither buttons works (Contact Support and Select All do). I don't get any popup blocked message from browser, so that's not the problem.

Chrome v. 37 on Win 7, but it didn't work in v. 36 either.
