Is night bonus active on this world?? As sometimes the symbol appears?

According to mods it is not active, not even when the night bonus icon appears randomly.

Funnily night bonus in en3 disappeared without any notice since patch 1.3.1.
Seems like it's in every world like that now. Just another example of great support.

It would be nice if the mods would clear this up finally once and for all.
