New "last attack" feature

So this new feature that we weren't told about that partially shows the last attack on any vil/barb in the world (only on comp), I'm struggling to see the point of it, i guess you can spy the vil that attacked and maybe send a back time early in a world but other than that.....

Am i missing something here, can anyone think of something useful it does/allows?

If I'm not mistaken it was supposed to only show your own/tribe reports. One use for it would be to easy check if the barbs you are farming are full so you could do another run on that one.
