how many times can i use loot master ie if i use it once will it becomes expended?

Yes, they are one use per card, that said, I have 31 of them sat in my inventory from the quests.

It is better to save these till you have enough troops to get a large haul.

Has anyone used one of these with a noblemen to give them lc speed? I see nothing in the description that wouldn't allow this, even though that is not its intended use.
