Login button stuck

Good evening,

I have a problem with login in onto my account or start a new account (doesn't matter on which world / language) when i try to play on my laptop. On my desktop it works all fine, but using the same internet i can acces any website or game (for what i tried) apart from Tribal Wars 2. Besides that i tried to use different browsers, but nevertheless, they all didn't work.
Turned off my firewall etc, but still once i try to log on, the login button rotates like it's loading, but nothing happens. I also tried to reboot, clear my cache, but it doesn't seem to work.

What can i do to log in on my laptop?

Sanchicho because you are able to login from your desktop this could be an issue with your computer. What browser are you currently using? I would recommend trying:

1. Chrome
2. Firefox (most login issues have come with this browser)
3. Opera (turbo - good feedback with this browser)

Thanks for the fast reply, at the moment i downloaded all 3 listed above, but they all give the same error. It probably is some setting of my laptop, but as it's a recently newly bought laptop, it is a lenovo and has windows 8.1. Maybe it's some setting that automaticly is turned on, but i have no idea what i can be.

I have the same problem. We have an inactive member that is active on another world. i wanted to start that other world to message him, but it won't let me start the new world (drachenfelsl), just spins the login. I've tried chrome, firefox, opera with cache cleared. I can login to my bastille just fine.

Draechenfels is closed for new registration, could be why.

I found there was a BUG hunt for this same bug on the beta version. I wonder if it has been sold, because that would solve mine aswell:

Does it have anything to do with connecting with 2 devices on same router? Eventhough the other one is turned off? Because on innogames.com i tried to log in on the other 4 games (Forge of Empires, Geopolis, The West, Tribal wars) and they all work fine on my laptop. But Tribal wars 2 is the one that does not work. I just get stuck on the loading screen, it sometimes loads a bit, and then gives the connection error:

We encountered some connection problems. Please stand by while we are trying to reconnect.Trying to reconnect ...

But all other functions on my laptop seem to work perfect.

Does anybody have an idea if this bug as mentioned in the link, has been solved yet? As it would also apply to my situation.
