Loading Issues

Loading stuck in the middle for very long time. Happen a lot and don't know why.
Today, a new thing happen when I refresh (probably my connection is slow). I got this

I got this when I refreshed there is no procedure and didn't happen again. I was stuck in the middle of loading screen and press f5 after waiting 30 minutes or so. ( I don't think I need screenshot for this since I seen there is been bounty award for that bug long before I start the game.)

While you are looking into the issue I reported which might be really hard to reproduce, can you look into the following bug too?
Procedure: All you need is login and select a world or change to coop account
Frequency: Frequent enough to report.
Special Condition: None
