Instant Build Cost

Hi sorry if this is answered somewhere already but I checked the wiki and couldn't find it when you reduce a buildings time the amount of crowns needed varies by the length of the build is there a specific ratio coins-time? i.e if a building takes an hour that will cost 60 crowns.
