The player negro11 was recently banned. Sources say this was the message that the Staff sent this player:

    Reason for the ban:
    Inappropriate Name
    Ban Description:
Your account has been permanently banned due to your choice in user name. This type of behavior is/will not be tolerated on .en server.

Which is utterly foolish and ridiculous. This player is a member of the tribe Spanish Empire.

In Spanish “negro” means the colour “black”. "Negro" is his actual nickname in real life. "Negro" is a frequent affectionate nickname in some Spanish-speaking countries. It’s absolutely not a racial slur in his native tongue. I understand that it might be a racial slur in English, though.

Innogames should at least give players the option to change their usernames due to the peculiarity of the circumstances.

You do know that there is a button to contact support in order to explain all this? :) Most of them aren't mindreaders.

you might try but they'll say that this is an english server and therefore all words therein are considered English regardless of different cultural differences.

also,, only the player who has received the ban may complain about it.
