Dear Innogames,
A friend of mine just lost noble + clear after a hard week of competing for the nr1 farm of the world, solo. You can imagine how devastating it is after this hard work and !money paying money for crowns! to have it happen. The reply was that support can't do anything about it because it's "unfair" to people who don't contact support, the irony of the whole problem I will explain now. That is absolutely heart breaking, how can you ask money for this game (some people pay quite a lot of money already) when there is a big chance (happens to 1/3th of player according to support) that all your hard work and hard earned money vanishes in 1 second. Gone, no support can't help you because that would be unfair.
If you didn't allow the purchasing of crowns I could understand the situation, but how is it ethically responsible that I pay a high price for crowns and that there is a chance this will all vanish in one second because of your mistake, and all you will do is take a "sorry can't help you" attitude. You do not warn about this bug at all and you are scamming players (unintentionally) in my eyes.
Even though I'm incredibly disappointed about this fact, on a second note I must say that I love the game and normally love to support it by buying crowns.. but this really is a downer.
Edit: I read through your user agreement again, and there is nothing that states that we are responsible for losing all our paid money to a bug. This means it comes even closer to a real scam. Even though if you would have something in your agreement to cover it though, it wouldn't help on the ethical issue. And I sincerely hope that this is just not the kind of company that Innogames chooses to be for the future of TW2, a game that is great already and can become even greater.
I am looking forward to your response,
