I didn't get a Building Queue increase reward

Maybe I'm wrong but I thought you get it as a reward after building a market and doing one of the early quests that involves it. Is it from a later quest? or will I get it eventually from another quest?

I got an instant trade thingy as a reward :(

I also got an instant trade instead of build queue slot. It appears to be an intended change with the new world.

Just a question, say i used a building queue increase for my first village, does it stay for all the next villages or do i have to use one (or more) for each village ?

A tribe member got the quest and is lower scored than I, so I believe I missed getting that item when the game glitched for me the other day on v1.0.11. Is there a way to get that item now or am I forever screwed from getting that quest item?

EDIT: she has 3 building queue slots, I only have 2.
