Hospital scan

I wonder, if soldiers that are being healed (or already healed but still in Hospital) can be seen by enemy spy? Thank you!

I wasn't sure myself so I tested it out with a village that had some in hospital. I can confirm that no, hospital patients don't show up in reports, they don't show up as away either, they're just invisible

i guess the spies are lazy and not check the hospitals
