On Juval we asked support a similar question; Whether there would be a enforced "no attack" feature over christmas similar to there apparently is in TW1. The reply we got was:

Unfortunately we do not have such systems implemented in our game yet.

We on Juval are therefore negotiating our own voluntary cease-fire amongst the tribes.

As Circe said, we have made this agreement as a final on the Holiday between 24th until 27th and on 30th to 31th of this year, all tribe leaders and diplomats agreed and hopefully the chase-fire will be respected by all sides.
